Terms for the CitrusGate Decision Friction Brief

These terms explain the fixed-scope brief, how orders and delivery work, what rights each side keeps, and where the service boundary ends.

Agreement details

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Public offer: One fixed-scope Decision Friction Brief at $1,500.

Quick Summary

Fixed Scope

The public offer is one Decision Friction Brief for one company context. It is not a subscription or open-ended consulting engagement.

Price and Checkout

Checkout uses Stripe. The price is shown at checkout, and the current public offer is $1,500.

Delivery Target

CitrusGate targets private delivery within 3 business days after payment verification and receipt of the required intake, but timing can move if materials are incomplete or need clarification.

Rights and Limits

Buyers may use the delivered brief internally after full payment. CitrusGate retains its methods, templates, workflows, and background intellectual property.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service apply when you use the CitrusGate site or buy the Decision Friction Brief. By using the site, starting checkout, or submitting intake information, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

2. Eligibility

The site and service are intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Service Description

CitrusGate sells a one-time fixed-scope research deliverable called the Decision Friction Brief. It is not a subscription, retainer, workshop series, outsourced sales operation, or indefinite consulting engagement.

The brief is research and judgment work meant to help a team see what is stalling a buying decision. It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of revenue, conversion, procurement approval, or deal outcome.

4. Orders, Payment, and Intake

The purchase price for the brief is the amount shown at checkout. For the public offer on this site, that price is currently $1,500.

Checkout is handled through Stripe-hosted payment flows. CitrusGate may decline, pause, or cancel an order before substantive work starts and, if payment was already captured, refund the order.

A purchase is not complete from the service side until payment is verified and CitrusGate has the required intake information needed to start the brief.

The buyer must provide accurate contact and company information and may submit only materials or context they have the right to share with CitrusGate.

5. Delivery and Scope

CitrusGate’s public service target is private delivery within 3 business days after payment verification and receipt of the required intake. That is a target, not an unconditional guarantee.

Delivery timing may move if required intake information is missing, if buyer materials need clarification, if the order cannot safely be completed from the submitted context, or if CitrusGate and the buyer agree on a different delivery plan.

The brief is sold with a deliverable-integrity floor, not an outcome guarantee. If the delivered brief does not address the submitted live decision or misses the promised structure, CitrusGate will revise it once or refund the order.

Each order covers one Decision Friction Brief for one company context. The order does not include broader implementation work, repeated revisions on new scopes, or a custom ongoing consulting relationship unless CitrusGate explicitly agrees to that separately in writing.

6. Refunds

Refund rules for paid orders are described in the Refund Policy. That page is part of these terms for purchase-related questions.

7. Intellectual Property

You keep your rights in the information and materials you submit. You grant CitrusGate the limited rights needed to review that material, analyze it, and produce the brief for your order.

After full payment, your organization may use the final delivered brief internally for its own business decision-making. You may circulate it inside your organization, but not resell, republish, or license it externally without CitrusGate’s written permission.

CitrusGate keeps ownership of its methods, templates, workflows, models, public research corpus, website materials, and any background intellectual property used to create the brief.

8. Disclaimers

The site and service are provided as described and as available. CitrusGate does not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or that the brief will produce a specific business result.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CitrusGate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CitrusGate’s total liability arising from one order or related use of the service will not exceed the amount actually paid to CitrusGate for that order.

These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact

CitrusGate may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
